Reishi – Reishi is a type of mushroom, which stimulates the functioning of the immune system in different ways. Maitake – Increases immunity and helps the proliferation of anti-cancer cells. Demonstrate ability to lower blood sugar and increase insulin sensitivity, protect the liver, and have anti-inflammatory properties.
Sheetake – This mushroom is used to improve overall health and general condition of the body. It strengthens the body’s inner defenses and also supports the healing process in cardiovascular conditions, severe infections, and malignancies after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. It reduces cholesterol, regulates blood pressure, protects against atherosclerosis and heart attack, fights colds, and has an antiviral effect.
Directions for use
The contents of a sachet are dissolved in 200 ml of water at a temperature of 95-100 ° C. Let it boil for 28-30 minutes. Remove the sludge and drink the remaining warm beverage. If the taste is too intense, it can be diluted with 80 ml of water. For better absorption of the mushroom’s beneficial substances, it is recommended to take approximately 400 mg of Vitamin C 5 minutes after drinking the supplement.
